can't open the app/connect to the server?

1. What country do you live in?

    If your are in China/Iran: the service is not working in China and Iran since the national network firewall.

2. do you have any anti-virus/VPN applications? If so, do the following step:

    a. please turn off the anti-virus/VPN app

    b. make sure all anti-virus/VPN services are off in your task manager

    for anti-virus apps:

        a. reinstall the apps

        b. put whitehat VPN into the whitelist

        c. May I ask what antivirus software you use? This helps us to fix bugs and provide better service

    for VPN app:

        restart the whitehat VPN session.

3. is whitehat VPN's file path all English? If not, do the following step:

    a. please change the file path to all English.

    b. Also, What language do you use? This helps us to fix bugs and provide better service

4. Have you tried to reinstall the application?

    we update the program very frequently. Try to reinstall it and see if it solves the problem.
